You’ll study the human body and its systems while learning how nutrition, hydration, movement, sleep, emotional well-being, and other foundations of health can support the whole person in mind, body, and spirit.

The program also covers natural and non-invasive techniques including herbology, homeopathy, iridology, aromatherapy, Bach flowers, pH balancing, and physical observations. As you progress, you’ll practice conducting client consultations, evaluating lifestyle information, and developing appropriate wellness and lifestyle recommendations within the scope of a natural health professional.

You’ll also explore the legalities of practice, business development, and marketing to help prepare for opportunities such as establishing a private natural health practice, working with a wellness-focused business, or supporting clients through natural health education.
